You will play an extremely important role as you will ensure all processes in terms of manufacturing and quality run efficiently.
The purpose of the Process engineer position is to provide direct production** support for Assembly teams** The primary role is to support addressing any process related safety, quality, delivery and cost improvement opportunities.
**Responsibilities**:
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.
- Provide assistance to Team Leader, MSS and Operators to resolve process related issues identified by RCPS.
- Create and implement process improvements that fall within a < 1 week time period.
Being able to navigate through the use of existing process templates(e.g.
Deviation, SIR's EDMS and Maximo.
- Identify and implement solutions to issues identified by RCPS and SIR's.
- Create and maintain a quarterly TIP
- Familiar with and able to utilize common handtools and fabrication equipment.
Familiar with mechanical technology that can be utilized.
Capable of updating MIFA, PFMEA, Control Plan
- Problem solution/process improvement projects are implemented in minutes, hours or days.
Maximum project timeline is < 1 week
- Mentor Process Technicians, Process Engineers and POT's
- Willing and capable of providing hands-on project support when needed
- Able to effectively communicate and sell ideas within Product Team(POT/PMT's, Process Technicians, Team Leaders, Managers and Directors
- Able to provide trouble shooting support for all cells within Product Team
- Solutions are timely (minutes, hours, days), cost effective, reliable and utilize readily available technology
- Utilize theoretical tools to support project implementation
- Flexibility to align work schedule with equipment availability and to respond to outside normal work hour escalation calls
**Background & Skills**:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related
- 3+ years' experience as Process Engineer(Assembly)
- Fluent English
- Lines Transfers experience
- Travel Availabilty
- Passport and Visa
- Project Management Experience
- Demonstrated trouble shooting capability
- Strong decision making skills, self directed
- Good Communications Skills (Oral and Written) within local organization
- Ability to Prioritize work.

- Utilizes an interactive approach with stakeholders in defining solutions
