You will also design, implement, and monitor the production processes, ensuring the feasibility, productivity, and quality of the products.Overall responsibilities and duties:The mission to have all series production documents under control by lean manufacturing activities and aligned with PFMEA, Working Instructions, layout projections, and continuous improvement.Leads together with the divisions specialists the new processes implementation.Commissioning / qualifications in his/her plant and/or supports series production.Continuous improvement (Hoshin, scrap reduction, TPM…).PFMEA development and control.SMED activities to improve change over.Working Instruction aligned with lean manufacturing.Key Characteristic control.Monitoring Direct Labor efficiency.Control and administration of floor documents.Line layout optimization.Plant Layout update.Specific deliverables from customer related to the production process.Support and participate in the creation of methods to ensure the performance of the site's management systems.Your profile and competencies to succeedQualificationsThe ideal candidate will have/be:Minimum education level: Engineering.Language: Intermediate English.1 year of experience in the Automotive Industry.Experience1 year of experience in a similar position.Basic Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing.Basic Knowledge of Core tools (PFMEA, RFMEA, Control plan, PPAP).Basic Knowledge of SMED for change over.Skills and competenciesAbility to train and coach direct operators.Continuous improvement mindset.Problem Diagnosis and analytic skills to understand contexts and define/support the definition of action plans.Basic Knowledge of IATF
