PROCESS ENGINEER
Position Purpose:
Serve as a global process owner responsible for the alignment, performance improvement and optimization of OCS cable processes.
The individual will identify and execute process improvement, small to medium size cost reductions, and capability enhancement projects in support of the process improvement roadmap.
The individual will also support plant engineering and operations to deliver manufacturing improvement initiatives, including variability reduction, defect reduction, and process control improvement.

Utilize statistical tools, engineering data, and DMAIC/DESGN/Lean methodologies to develop process understanding to support robust manufacturing processes.
