Parker has increased its annual dividends paid to shareholders for 63 consecutive fiscal years, among the top five longest-running dividend-increase records in the S&P 500 index.**Position Summary**You will ensure the achievement of the Business Unit metrics through the optimization and continuous improvement of the manufacturing processes, providing a premier service.**Responsibilities**- In this role you will be participating in the launch of new products (APQP) and validation of the capacity of the processes.- Implement and coordinate poka yoke devices throughout the manufacturing system.- Optimization of flow material´s within the manufacturing process, time and movement studies.- Ensuring production equipment and processes run with appropriate safety standards.- Develop and implement testing manufacturing process.- Review and enforce company policies established through the ISO TS16949 and ISO 14001 system- Design and implement different tools for the manufacturing process.** Qualifications****Qualifications**:- Education: Engineering degree- Experience: 1 to 3 years in automotive industry- Experience in Rubber industry- Lean Manufacturing, IATF16949 Knowledge- Core Tools Knowledge (FMEA, Control Plan, APQP, PPAP)- Desirable: Six Sigma, Green/ Black Belt certification** Language Tags
