Position Summary

Position responsible for designing, implementing, controlling, and optimizing industrial processes and machinery in the Company by developing and/or implementing the Production department KPIs, Identifying and creating action plans to improve and monitor the quality of production processes based on current scraps reports and data.
Maintain and report the monthly/quarterly KPI for scrap, efficiency, plan vs actual as well as other applicable KPIs.
In addition, this position will lead the project, task, investigation, etc., pull the team together, lead the team, set the goal, monitor the progress, manage the team and project, meet the timeline, and report progress and results to the management team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct business process analysis to identify areas of improvement based on daily and weekly review Scrap Metrics.
- Responsible to ensure issues in the production process are addressed in a timely manner and properly resolved.
- Develop and implement an improvement plan to meet the production demand of the company.
- Analyze existing SOP process documentation to improve content according to improved manufacturing processes.
- Assist with implementation of department personnel plan per company's HR policies and organize training for the team to improve performance and efficiency.
- Develop process improvement strategies based on the Lean and Continuous Improvement toolbox.
- Development and renovation of layouts based on production process improvement plans.
(Lead project creation, oversee process changes, document, and training per changes, etc.).
- Ensure that no serious deviations to production SOPs are found in both internal and external audits.
- Other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Education and/or Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or other related disciplines
- Plus 3 years of related experience

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Experience leading and facilitating and participating in process improvement efforts
- Experience working within and/or leading cross-functional teams
- Experience analyzing business processes and implementing or streamlining improvements.
- Experience using process tools to identify, capture, define and analyze business processes
- Broad, enterprise-wide view and understanding of strategy, processes, and capabilities, enabling technologies, and governance
- Strong business acumen and proven track record of providing innovative solutions
- Project Management experience: certification, preferred.
- Advance English Level
