Eaton's ES AMER ESS division is currently seeking a Process Engineer.
**What you'll do**:Effective participation to ensure Safety, Quality and Efficiency on the Rubber Molding Process.
Realize a molding process parameters adjusments, create a molding recipe, define molding process parameter for new products.
**Essential Functions**:- **Process adjustment**:- **Should analyze molding test requests**:- **Perform molding test to the new molds.
**:- **Audit and optimize the cycle times to increase the productivity.
**:- **To do the new parameters sheets of the new process.
Complete and maintain up to date, the required documentation**:- **Analyze quality issues.
mold and/or auxiliary equipment problems (troubleshooting)**:- **Implement cost reduction projects, follow-up on activities to improvement initiatives.
**:- **Provide technical support, operation of the injection molding process.
**:- **Train process technicians.
**:- **Maintain and Improvement on process metrics.
