).Assist the production department in solving process issues that affect the main KPI in the areas of Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost (SQDC) by evaluating the 4M's + 2M's.Confirm that the BOM is met and submit periodic recommendations and/or changes if needed to keep material consumption updated.Search and investigate the causes of waste in all production processes and/or phases to develop actions to reduce or eliminate them.Qualifications:Bachelor of Science in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or similar.Knowledge of component drawings and finished goods drawings.Experience with PFMEA.Understanding of customer-specific requirements.Familiarity with process parameters.Knowledge of scrap information.Experience with standard operating procedures.Understanding of molding/assembly processes AIO.Familiarity with IRR/PTR formats.The Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
