Process Engineer Functional Test Systems Back EndResponsibilities: Provide Production SupportDesign procedures, instructions, and training material for TPMResponsible for achieving technical availability, cycle time, and defect cost targets for equipment under supervisionEnsure manufacturing process compliance with engineering principles, customer requirements, Bosch standards, and process specificationsTrain and instruct production and technical personnelSupport according to the VS shift modelImplement New Product / New ProcessesGet involved in the process to: Define, Acquire, Transfer, Accept, Validate, Release, and install production processes and equipment according to Bosch standardsFulfill APQP planning: EWAK runs, Pre-PV's PV, and SOPParticipate actively with PJM (project planning) on projects and new releasesCollaborate with Lead Plant / Development on manufacturing process definition, product handling, cycle time, hardware design, etc.Minimum Requirements: 3 or more years of experience in test systemsProficient in communication and team relationshipsStrong abilities to work and make quick decisionsStrong analytical skills, troubleshooting, and problem-solving techniquesHigh knowledge of embedded systems, electronic components, and electronic boardsHigh knowledge of test equipment and diagnostic tools like oscilloscopes, multimeters, etc.High knowledge of motion control and power electronicsHigh knowledge of programming languages, such as C++, Visual Basic, and operating systems (Command prompt, Linux)High knowledge of related machine design standards, e.g., safety design principlesAvailability to travel and no legal restrictions to obtain a Mexican Passport & VisaExperience in automotive industry standards or the electronic manufacturing industryKnowledge of and ability to apply the escalation systemEducation: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Electronic, Mechatronic)
