**Description & Requirements**:
**What You Will Do**
- Supports recurring meetings, both internal and external, to track the progress of the different activities.
- Coordinate the generation and release of all appropriate process documentation: PFMEAS, flowcharts, Control Plans (only follow up), Visual Aids, JSA's ,etc.
- Coordinates the creation of Purchase Requests for all equipment necessary for the project with Process.
- Comply with quality systems and environmental management implemented in the company.
- Coordinates all changes to the process with Engineering areas and the implementation.
- Represent the needs of the customer in internal functions according to the requirements of the Quality System and Customer Specific Requirements.
- Coordinate projects continuous improvement.
- Focus safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
- Participate in new release running with advanced engineers and coordinate with them the necessary improvements between each running.
- Participate and carry out improvement activities to close 8D's
- Work on continuous improvement through changes in tooling design
- Work in improving the ergonomics and safety of workstations.
- Reduce the cycle time at each station to achieve the goal in UPH (Unit Pieces by Hour)
- Participate in Gemba walks to improve workstations.
- Participates and provides support related with quality and EHSS systems management, objectives, targets, and programs.
**What You Need**
- Bachelor's degree on Electronic / Electromechanical Engineering.
- Deep Knowledge on process documentation: PFMEAS, Flow Diagram, BOM, Engineering Changes and documentation control.
- 3+ years of prior experience in industrial product manufacturing environment.
- Experience in automotive industry.
- 3 years of prior experience coordinating new projects.
- 3 years of prior experience implementing Continuous Improvement and excellence Methods.
- English 80%, Advance English level (reading and writing that allow fluid presentations).
- MSA Knowledge
- Customer specific requirements (applicable)
