We are looking for the best talent for the COMPLAINT ANALYST I position that will be located in Juarez
**JOB RESUME**
Reports to the Engineering Manager, identifies and develops internal areas of opportunities through the DMAIIC methodology and tools of Excellency in processes with the purpose of reducing the anufacturing cost of theproducts and continue with the culture of continuous improvement comprehended in the strategy of BWI.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
Conducts assignments encompassing complete projects or portions of major projects. Determines methods and techniques to be used or adapts standard methods to meet variations. Coordinate phases of work with outside vendors.
- Identifies, designs and develops the necessary equipment.
- Performs materialtests.
- Studies the processes to implement improvements.
- Responsible for preparing and managing specifications.
- Assists technicians and engineers about unusual problems.
- Responsible for purchasing and designing equipment that meets safety and environment requirements.Performs activities of process/product validation.
- Can supervise, coordinate and technically revise the work of a limited group of technicians.
**Qualifications**:
**QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS**
- B.S. Engineering degree or M.S. Engineering degree
- Generally, requires (2-4) years related experience
- Preferably knowledge in the medical industry
- Kowledge of good manufacturing practices and documentation, preferably in the medical industry.
- Experiment design
- SPC knowledge
- Management of statistical procedures.
- Oral and written communication in Spanish and English, preferably.
- Strong comprehension of standard costs and work standards.
- Process Engineer Senior and Staff: Knowledge of productive processes.
- Process Engineer Staff: Experimental Engineering techniques, 80% English
