Process Engineer Iii (Senior)

**Visión general**:
Ensure the Lean Manufacturing strategy execution.
This position is responsible to train plant members on lean tools and define a Production System that meets the plant's particular necessities, based on safety, quality and cost.
Also responsible to lead kaizen events that result in long term sustainable hard savings.
**Responsabilidades**:
Establish the correct way to analyze installed capacity across plant.
Help on Daily Management implementation.
Train plant members on lean tools.
Provide coaching to plant members on lean projects.
Collaborate on the New Product Introduction stages to ensure lean approach.
Document process improvements on ISO to ensure sustainability.
Execute lean strategy

**Requisitios**:
**Education**: Bachelor's Degree (Engineer or equivalent.)
**Experience**: At least 2 years as Lean Engineer in high complexity industries with lean focus.
Lean Manufacturing tools.
Fluent English.
