The Process Engineer Jr - FMEA Moderator is responsible for:
- Moderate FMEA meetings.
- Update FMEA based on changes comparing to base project.
- Coach the multidisciplinary project team in FMEA methodology.
- Creation of reports, support in assessment and presentation of results.
- Tracking the status of FMEAs.
- Monitoring the status of measurements.
- Other job assigned by Leader.
**Qualifications** Required**
- Bachelor in Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
- Ability to moderate technical and non/technical discussions.
- Knowledge on FMEA methodology (FMEA Bosch certification and IQ-RM tool usage is a plus).
- Manufacturing, Assembly, Automation processes.
- Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Office experience and Reporting skill: MS Excel, Word, PPT.
- Planning and organizing skills.
- Able to work with different stakeholders.
**Nice to have**
- Automotive projects experience.
- SW development processes.
- Control Plan, Process Flow, Six-Sigma.
