**Objective of job**
Make and participate in the planning and implementation of manufacturing processes technologies at the plant. Administrating and keep in control the manufacturing processes in series and LTS (Life Time supply) to achieve the plant objectives.
**Principle activities**
- Cooperation during the launch phase of new processes and equipment for production. Analyze all possible future risks in production and require solutions to these as lessons learned for future similar processes.
- Communicate the lessons learned from production start-ups and series production so that future requirements manuals consider possible improvements that prevent risks.
- Cooperation in the verification of the supplier's performance in cooperation with the equipment and process engineer, taking into account the requirements specified in the requirements manual
- Support the set-up and start-up of series equipment and processes.
- Receive training in the processes and new equipment and develop the training plan for process technicians and operators and execute it.
- Verify the defined process parameters, with a preliminary study of capacity to ensure that the defined ranges will meet the expectation in production, then appropriately create the Data Sheets.
- During startups, ECR, or changes of critical spare parts in some equipment, determine and review the new process parameters and define the process windows (min./max.) In which the new process meets the defined objectives.
- Validation of the process and characteristics based on specifications using statistical methods as MFU, PFU, DOE, according to requirements
