Process Engineer

We are currently looking for the right person to join our Process Engineering Department.
**Your responsibilities**:

- Organize, implement and maintain production process flow
- Write the working instructions, process documents and ensure the training for the operator and setup team.
- Improve continually existing operation, to increase quality, productivity, efficiency and cost saving
- Investigate the problems affecting production and report and recommend solutions
- Provide manufacturing data i.e.
production control charts, reliability, process capability, to improve the process and monitor and measure progress to target
- Organize meetings with other team members to facilitate growth
- Identify ways to reduce production costs through recommendations-i.e.
propose and justify new process equipment to improve performance
- Work with design engineering on DFX (design for excellence) to include:

- Design for cost
- Design for manufacturability
- Design for assembly
- Work with other relevant departments to determine estimated costs, cycle time, cost reduction and close the feedback loop
- Train and supervise staff on new development processes and technology
- Establish a training and quality culture

**Your profile**:

- B.Sc.
Electronic Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
- 5+ years experience
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- Good knowledge of using office software (MS office)
