Find out how our values and unique position make Schneider Electric the employer of choice.Responsibilities:Process Engineer, with strong background in control/mechanical systems, the working area is in a semiautomated ambient in Welding, Testing and Assembly.The Process Technical Engineer main responsibility is to establish the welding settings, calibration settings, critical to process definition control and specification, and developing process.The Process Technical Engineer main responsibility is to establish the testing settings, control, and specification for a correct yield performance.Job breakdown sheets for mechanical adjusted or special processes.Job breakdowns for calibrations processes.Obsolescence Projects for new investment/replacements, this includes the investigation, process capacities, machine specification, and capital investment description.Engineering validation for new parts due to change of supplier, engineering changes on the parts BOM's.Engineering validation for new Machines this includes IQ, OQ, and PQ.Qualifications:Our values define our company. We commit to change by leading the change.This position is for you if you have:Engineering Bachelor's Degree in Mechatronics, Electromechanical, Electronics or Industrial engineering.Travel: 10% time.English 80% and technical interpretation for drawings, specifications, manuals etc.Process Engineer experience in Mechanical analysis.Experience in machine failures diagnostics, including experience in PLC, HMI, and Pneumatics (Overall control systems).Mechanical Design experience in CAD programs to reevaluate existing drawings/correction or new creations (ProE, Autocad, Solid Works).Process engineering experience for the development of process settings, process controls (Visual Aids, BOMS, machine BOM's, spare part lists).FEMA and Process control basic knowledge.Continuous improvement knowledge (SMED, 5's, Poke Yokes, TPM).Process qualification/validations protocols, IQ, OQ, and PQ.You must submit an online application to be considered for any position with us.
