Process Engineer Spectra Strip

Partners with Materials, Maintenance, Quality, and Production Teams to set production center goals and objectives that align with the needs of the Customer and BU targets.The role consists of direct responsibility for the efficient operations of the Spectra Strip production line.Accountable for the business P&L, meeting and improving financial margins.Determining and implementing world-class quality control mindset and standards.Facilitate effective and actionable Gemba walks utilizing KPIs to meet performance objectives and drive continuous improvement.Document any process specifications.Coordinate NPI activities to manage the introduction of new products meeting quality and productivity standards, ensuring the use of the technical review process to release NPI products.Ensuring that health and safety regulations are met.Implementing technical reviews for document operations of the Spectra Strip production line.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering, or a related field.Proven experience in an engineering role, such as process engineer, industrial engineer, manufacturing engineer, or related positions.Strong technical proficiency in relevant technologies and products.Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex technical information to non-technical audiences.Customer-focused mindset.Willingness to travel to customer sites as required.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.#J-18808-Ljbffr
