**Position Summary**
Responsible for monitoring, maintaining, developing, and improving the production process that allows the product to be manufactured efficiently, taking care of the metrics defined by Parker.
**Responsibilities**
- Production support through continuous improvement in main activities.
- Create/Update work instructions and standard worksheets for manufacturing processes.
- Monitor assigned area metrics.
- Coordinate engineering evaluations.
- Improvement in production processes.
- Follow-up to PPAP / Experimental / To Dos.
- Maintain route card updates.
- Follow-up on rejections and process problems.
- Comply with the requirements applicable to our environmental and quality systems. Promoter of an HPT work culture.

- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related engineering discipline.
- 1 year of experience in quality / production environments
- Intermediate - Advanced English
- AutoCAD
- Measurement tools
- Knowledge of rubber characteristics and processing (Desirable)
- Problem resolution (desirable)
- Compression molding (Desirable)
Rubber extrusion (Desirable)
- Basic knowledge in Minitab.
