Objective of the Position Startup and parameterization of several technologies as part of project industrialization and create training concepts.Implementation and planning of several technologies in the plastics engineering Injection Molding sector as part of project industrialization, also offering support of series production.Cooperate in optimizing existing processes and in developing new processes.Recognize and eliminate weak areas and develop suggestions to address them.Provide advice in planning, selection, and procurement of equipment, considering internal standards and user-specific requirements.Conduct the parameterization and creation of the appropriate data sheets, in line with design specifications.Determine causes of defects/failures in complex equipment with mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical components, etc.
; if necessary, using diagnostic systems.Requirements: Professional Career: Bachelor's Degree.Education: Industrial, Mechanical, Electronic, Mechatronics Engineering or related fields.Technical College and 3 to 5 years of work experience or equivalent training.Language: English - Advanced Level.Technical knowledge: ISO 140001 2015 / ISO 45001 2018, Product Integrity, Specific Customer Requirements, Statistical Tools, Troubleshooting Tools, Risk Analysis, Lean Manufacturing, Robot Programming (ABB, Krauss Maffei & Engel).
