Plan, supervise, design, improve, implement, and optimize manufacturing systems, through which information and products flow; by integration people, materials, equipment, technology, and energy, to obtain maximum productivity.
To ensure that manufactured products meet or exceed customer expectations through the design of processes that allow a level of performance and competitive and competitive costs, participate directly, and supervise the developing or new projects in the corresponding procedures, from the quotation until production is carried out in APQP projects.

Lead and fulfill the responsibility to anticipate, control and eradicate non-conformities that arise in products, processes, and quality systems, with a focus on continuous improvement and actively participate in increasing through the process of continuous improvement and quality systems; promote teamwork.
Lead to good performance of the personnel corresponding to the engineering area and the creation, approval and renewal of the formats, procedures, and worksheets of the engineering area, comply with the specific tasks of the management area, as well as the requirements pf the quality management systems and environmental management systems.

- Lead and contribute to the technological leadership of the company.

- Plan, supervise, design, and improve the manufacturing systems.
- Meet customer expectations through process design.
- Update and approve formats, procedures, and worksheets in the manufacturing area.
- Coordinate and review jointly with the areas of the organization the modification to the standard operation processes.
- Implement the design and when applicable the update of business process designs,
- Improve and optimize the process for the different areas in the organization.
- Identify the organizational problems that hinder the proper functioning of the organization´s process.
- Design process improvement proposals, analyzing feasibility, cost-benefit, and organizational impact.
- Implement solutions to reduce costs, increase efficiency and improve service.
