Job SummaryTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Process Engineering Manager located in Guadalajara, South Site.The Process Engineering Manager role involves managing a team of process engineers working on improving process engineering capabilities to support a specific area of a manufacturing organization.What a typical day looks like:Manage a team of engineers and technicians to establish and maintain statistical process control systems.Establish and improve process capabilities.Develop and maintain process documentation.Manage development projects that are designed to meet customer product specifications, delivery, and cost expectations.Work with other engineering team members to design new products that can be manufactured.Improve throughput in constrained areas.Develop, test, and implement new materials and processes for improved performance and/or lower cost and manage cost reduction efforts in assigned process areas.Coordinate initiatives to increase throughput, reduce cost, and improve performance in constrained areas.Implement appropriate HR strategies and actions to recruit and retain a qualified and motivated workforce.The experience we're looking to add to our team:Bachelor's degree in electronics engineering, mechatronics, or related.Strong experience in Process Engineering.Acknowledge of automotive standards (IATF, PPAP, Core tools, APQP).Solid knowledge in SMT.Experience in secondary processes (Wave soldering and conformal processes).Leadership.PLC Programming knowledge.Strong risk mitigation strategies knowledge.Control tools knowledge, such as statistical process control (SPC).NPI experience.Advanced English.MS Office (Excel, PP).Experience in High Volume & Low Volume.Core Tools.Problem Solving.Detail-oriented.Teamwork.Green Belt/Black Belt certification is required.What you'll receive for the great work you provide:Competitive Salary.Life & Medical insurance.Christmas Bonus.Food Coupons.Saving Fund.Life Insurance.Flex is an Equal Opportunity Employer and employment selection decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
