Job Summary
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Process Engineering Manager located in Juarez Sur.
Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Process Engineering Manager's role involves
What a typical day looks like:
- Manage a team of engineers and technicians to establish and maintain statistical process control systems.
- Develop processes, automation, recipes for PCBA assembly conformant PTH and insertions.
- Establish and improve process capabilities.
- Develop and maintain process documentation.
- Manage development projects that are designed to meet customer product specifications, delivery, and cost expectations.
- Work with other engineering team members to design new products that can be manufactured.
- Improve throughput in constrained areas.
- Develop test and implement new materials and processes for improved performance and/or lower cost and lead cost reduction efforts in assigned process areas.
- Partner with other engineering team members to design new products that can be manufactured.
- Lead initiatives to increase throughput, reduce cost and improve performance in constrained areas.
- Implement appropriate HR strategies and actions to recruit and retain a qualified and motivated workforce.
