Job SummaryTo support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Process Engineering Manager located in Guadalajara, North.
Reporting to the Director, Operations Engineering, the Process Engineering Manager role will be responsible for directing the planning, development, implementation, and maintenance of processes and procedures within the organization related to the engineering function. Accountable for managing and overseeing the methods, processes, and operations for both new and existing products. Ensures the effective use of materials, equipment, and resources in producing cost-effective, quality products and customer solutions.
What a typical day looks like: Designs, implements, and develops product & process controls, testing, and manufacturing processes.Manages staff, resource allocation and assigns tasks to engineering and technical personnel.Leads process engineering team in the development of new products introduction, design intent, process controls, documentation.Assures that processes meet quality, safety and customer compliance.Collaborates with other team leaders and departments.Proficiency using presentation software to explain complex information to non-technical management team members and customers.Ability to work on multiple projects in various stages simultaneously.Advanced experience using computer-aided design (CAD) platforms.Proficient experience using AGILE document management system.Assists product support areas in gathering and analyzing data.Participates with other senior managers in establishing corporate strategic plans and objectives.Drives engineering strategies to deliver customer requirements and recommend Flex capabilities in manufacturing and engineering services.Provides technical supplier management as related to product development and integration.The experience we're looking to add to our team: BA/BS/MBA or equivalent work experience.Strong Knowledge of the manufacturing/electronics industry.Advanced English.MS Office (Excel, PP).Advanced experience in welding processes, SMT, pressfit & PTH.BoM structuring.Systems integrity.Core Tools.Leadership.Problem-Solving.Detail-oriented.Teamwork.CAD software knowledge.ERP software knowledge.Lean Manufacturing certification is a plus!What you'll receive for the great work you provide: Competitive Salary.Life & Medical insurance.Christmas Bonus.Food Coupons.Saving Fund.Job CategoryProduction Engineering
