Process Engineering Supervisor

**Responsabilities.**- Ensure all company procedures, policies and safety rules are followed.- Identify areas of opportunity and improve processes through robust use of Lean Manufacturing and 6 Sigma concepts, develop procedures, recommend tool changes on new and existing tools and fixtures to ensure the proper production operation.- Coordinate logistics and team on new product introductions, increased capacity requirements, cost reduction portfolio and maintaining up-to-date technology through the area.- Oversee installation and initial use of new equipment, to ensure proper use, operation and integration into the production with a sustainable and capable process.- Analyze and resolve technical problems, develop specifications, formulate plans, estimates and other required engineering data to effectively address process issues through the approval of the Engineering and Manufacturing Manager**Qualifications.**- B.S. in mechanic, electro-mechanic, electronic or mechatronic engineering- 5 + years of manufacturing experience or equivalent- Strong soft skills as: persuasion, negotiation, influencing, leadership, people development- Advanced PC skills using software such as: MS Project, Power Point, Excel, Word, SPC- Problem Solving tools, such as: DMAIC, error proofing, KT- Experience supervising personnel- Presentation Skills at all levels.- Bilingual - English/Spanish- Project Management Skills (preferred)- DMAIC Six Sigma methodology (preferred)- Green Belt Certified (preferred)- Leadership skills- Lean Manufacturing tools**Salary**: $45,000.00 - $70,000.00 per month
