If you love challenges, want to experience development opportunities unrestrained, and want recognition that pays off, then you've come to the right place with Lear.We are in position to offer a great job opportunity to work as **Process Equipment and Procurement Engineer**, based in **Juarez, Chihuahua.**_ _(E-Systems Division).As **Process Equipment and Procurement Engineer** will have an excellent opportunity to work in an International and growing environment reporting directly to Engineering manager.**Your tasks will be**:- Collect and process information from Cutting Sheets, Visual aids, and plans, so that calculations of equipment quantities per process are carried out, based on the determined rates of each process.- Analyzes the compatibility of equipment and tooling between current studies and new plant studies to organize and optimize optimal equipment capabilities.- Procure standard equipment, welders, braiders, foil tapers.- Develop CPK capacity studies to ensure the proper functioning of any proposed implementation or change.- Responsible for requiring and releasing tooling and equipment according to established standards.- Design ergonomic and safe workstations.- Responsible for complying with established standards and guidelines.- Production support on problems related to capacity and sequences Calculate OEE.**To Be Successful In This Role You Must Have**- Education: Bachelor's degree in industrial Engineering, Business management or any related field.- 1+ Years on similar positions within the automotive industry
