The Impact You'll Make in this Role
As a Process Improvement Engineer, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.
Here, you will make an impact by:
Assisting in plant operations to develop and improve the current ature manufacturing processes using continuous improvement techniques and methodologies pursuing operational excellence.
Analyzing current manufacturing processes to proactively identify, develop, implement allow-up projects and improvements related to cost,, cycle time, etc.
Some of your specific individual accountabilities will also include but are not limited to:
Implementingrmal Six Sigma program thcuses on reducing process and product variation (using tools such as SPC, Process Capability, ANOVA, DOE, Multi-Vari Analysis, etc.)
Managing Lean projects aimed at reducing waste and improving to increase added value (using tools such as 5S's, VSM, Kaizen, Standard Work, TPM, etc.)
Improving the efficiency of production lines.
Leading and training cronctional continuous improvement teams.
Driving the standardization of processes and operations.
Assisting in setting and achieving operational targets
Coaching and training of production crew.
Reporting project status and progress using specific tools (Hoshin Kanri A3's, Gantt Charts, 4 Blockers and other reporting tools).
Ensuring world class safety levels are achieved and maintained at all times in both operations and processes.
Your Skills and Expertise
Degree in an Engineering or Techniceld (Mechanical Engineering preferred)
Proven Importante empresa in leading high performing teams attaining tangible results.
Proficient Computer skills including M/S Office and Project Management software, as well as Design Software such as AutoCAD or similar.
Knowledge of industrial safety and hygiene.
Demonstrable leadership abilities
Excellent communication abilities at all levels of the organization
Fluent in written and spoken English
Background in Manufacturing environment (minimum 3 to 5 years' Importante empresa desirable)
Importante empresa in leading cross-functional teams
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed evrther in this role include:
Lean Six Sigma certification and/or Importante empresa desirable
Excellent teamwork skills.
Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills with a sense of urgency and prioritization.
Ability to synthesize complex information through charts and graphical information.

Business travel within country as required
