Then this may be the opportunity for you.**Purpose of the Role**:- Process Improvement Leader that will help develop and coach the cultural change and get to Zero stops- Facilitate and leading plant and process problem solving.- Performance Partner to Shift Team Leader with joint accountability for results of the line (c/o time, OEE losses LS / SS, other stops including material quality)- Coaching of intact team (PTL'S, STL's Operators and Craft) on trouble shooting tools- Provide performance data and drive CI activities into weekly Planning Meeting to ensure preventative maintenance plans are robust- Coaching and development of CIL standards (continuously evolving)- Support operations teams to drive continuous improvement at T1 and T2.- Data Analyst for their designated lines- Coach on MMS practices and lead at least 1 practice.**Entry level requirements - skills and experience****Qualifications**- Sophisticated formal training or further education or qualified through experience- Yellow and Green belt six sigma- Train the trainer- DMAIC- English and Spanish advanced skills**Experience**- Demonstrated ability in a process environment and leading small teams, projects and cross-functional partnership.- Knowledge and implementation of utilising manufacturing excellence tools and techniques such as 5S, set up time reduction, Lean six sigma, reliability centred maintenance Fastrack DMAIC, AM broad-plan.- Desirable, working knowledge of SAP.- Experience of coaching and influencing a range of partners for success is crucial.- Intermediate project management skills.- Ability to interpret and analyse extensive data sources to identify loss and waste, cost saving opportunities and trends, e.G. Harford, SAP, Minitab, among others- Great engagement and interpersonal skills- Proficient in use of standard business (MS Office)**Key Accountabilities**- Provide guidance and support to PTL for effective and aligned implementation of MMS- Actively promotes and drives the implementation of MMS tools and techniques across ines- Closely monitors and reports performance and practice progress across designated lines- Ensure that any improvements implemented are standardised and sustained within operations teams.- Analyses loss & waste, validate data and provides clear strategy to prioritise improvements with PTL
