Responsible for ensuring the internal and external quality, and ensure the proper functioning of operations for the Nemak plants.**Main Responsibilities**- Participate in the launch of New Programs- Ensure internal and external quality- Analyze the current manufacturing process in order to detect issues for continuous improvement of process in terms of quality, productivity and cost- Analyze both internal and external non-conforming products in order to define root cause of defects and propose and implement corrective and preventive actions for product within responsibility- Manage tooling availability- Ensure compliance with the Quality System- Search the improvement and technological innovation of the manufacturing processes of products, ensuring compliance with the objectives of productivity, quality and costs, through the management of human and technical resources allocated, and thus ensure customer satisfaction.**Position Requirements**- Bachelor's degree (IMA, IME, IMT, IIS, IQ)- English Fluent (written and spoken)- More than 5 years of experience in Manufacturing, Production, Quality, Process- Statistical process control tools, Quality System Basics- Leadership, collaboration, communication, customer focus, results oriented, structured and organized- At Nemak, Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (D&I) play a fundamental role in everything we do and are the underlying platform on which our culture is built.
