The ideal candidate possesses a strong technical mind and a proven track record of optimizing NHT and CCR processes.Minimum RequirementsBachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering.
A Masters Degree or PhD is preferred with a focus on process optimization.15 years of experience in process engineering, with at least 10 years of hands-on technical experience in NHT and CCR optimization within a refinery environment, and at least 5 years in a technical role focused on process improvement.Strong technical background in process engineering fundamentals, including reaction kinetics, thermodynamics, and mass and energy balances, as applied to NHT and CCR units.Proficiency in leading process simulation software (e.G., Aspen HYSYS, PRO/II) and their application in NHT and CCR process modeling and optimization.Demonstrated technical experience in successfully applying process optimization techniques, statistical data analysis, and advanced process control (APC) to drive measurable improvements in NHT and CCR units.Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.A proven track record of applying technical expertise to drive optimization and manage client relationships effectively in the refining industry.Willingness to travel for on-site client engagements
