Together, we are embarking on a journey where each and every one of us, individually and collectively, welcomes and celebrates individual differences.**:In this role you will track and validate of the material rejection disposition through KPIs results of paint area: PPMs, SCRAP, top offenders as well as follow up of the actions plan identified by the multidisciplinary team based on KPIs. You will develop improvements and maintenance of 5s rework, rejection and quality validation paint area Saltillo Legacy.**Your responsibilities**:- Daily registration of rejected painted parts and scrap from the painting system.- Follow rework in painting area according to priorities set by operations of Process QA Fab Saltillo Legacy Eng.- Support Process QA FAB Eng., following up with Action Owners the status of preventive and corrective actions generated by KPIs analysis and in Gemba Walks.- Keep inventory of tools and consumables required by painting rework area updated.- Keep inventory of spare parts for quality measuring equipment updated.- Fill up exit passes of material to be sent out to remove paint because of defects. Follow up the entire process, from the exit of material, come back from the supplier, re-entry of the pieces in the painting system, unload, and delivery in the assembly line.- Support validation & parts production release process in FAB NPI.**Your background**:- Location: Ramos Arizpe, Coah. MX (work on site)- Currently enrolled (1 year before of graduation)- Previous Experience as Intern desired or developing an academic project in the industry.- Advanced English- Skills: Proactive & results oriented profile, Strong oral and written communication, Working well in a team, Good time management.**More about us**:
