Create and track quality production performance and KPIs like non conformance costs, first pass yield, internal rejects, statistical process control and define countermeasures in case of deviations.Conduct production audits and support customer audits.Create and maintain control plan.Maintain product and production documentation.Plan and perform quality activities for changes in production, e.g. Control Plan, support P FMEA.Task force member, working in teams internal to Quality department and interdisciplinary as well. Able to take Task force leading.Support scrap reduction efforts & reduction in customer complaints.Support activities in structured problem solving activity.RequisitosYour profile
Quality Methods and Continental standards (e.g. Structured Problem Solving, Risk Management, FMEA, PPAP, APQP, Control Plan, Change Management)Statistics (SPC)SAP (e.g. CQTS)External Automotive norms (e.g. IATF 16949, VDA 6.3)Auditor knowledge (internal auditor).MS office.Language skills (English desirable).Work experience in automotive area or quality management highly recommended (best case min. 2 years).Knowledge in quality management.Team Work.Descripción de la empresaContinental develops pioneering technologies and services for sustainable and connected mobility of people and their goods.
