This role requires creativity and analytical thinking, as well as financial analysis for decision-making based on the P&L, and critical thinking for the constant search for product improvement.
Excellent negotiation skills with various interacting areas and proficiency in systems for portfolio management are essential.Main ResponsibilitiesMonitor the environment to consistently seek opportunities that help design strategies and campaigns based on market research and analysis, allowing for the creation of new business alternatives.Integrate and negotiate needs with support, legal, regulatory, operational, and risk areas for the design, launch, operation, and control of products, developing a portfolio analysis and risk management framework.Design controls for the evaluation of credit products in line with HSBC's credit appetite.Communicate and negotiate with bank areas that provide information and support for process implementation.Collaborate with team members to achieve segment strategies.#J-18808-Ljbffr
