The role should be able to take the initiative to complete key activities, consulting line managemer advice whenever required Supporting Sr. Process Reengineering Mangers in operationalizing the strategy and take it to the nlevel of detail in terms of integrated solution and plans Supporting tnction through re-engineering and challenge of status quo, i.E. identify the problem, qualify and quantify the -Art of Possible-, design the solution to the process, procedures, inputs and outputs and the organization. Delivering business benefits through working with process owners, stakeholders, change teams cuson productivity, to achieve desired efficiency and effectiveness. Collaborating and developing a sense of community which incorporates process experts within tnction, the business and service delivery. Have a basic understanding of the rnal environment including:
Main banking competitors; Regulatory environment; Key events in world / local news that could impact Confidencial; Global economy; Other industries i.E. latest innovation and technologies etc. Be able to contribute to design that must comply with applicable legal and regulatory requirements, whilst also challenging interpretation of these requirements to ensure that we take a commercial approach to their implementation. Have strong knowledge in change and performance improvement methodologies Have stronancial and commercial acumen and the ability to understand and contribute to business cases Strong contributor with proven track record in change management, process improvement and business transformation.-Requirements--:
