Ensure yield targets are met at all stages of the process (both fermented and downstream process)2. Ensure yield analysis and reporting as kept up to date (both fermented and downstream process)3. Ensure any modifications fermentation development does not impact on the downstream process efficiency4. Investigate variance to target, determine and implement corrective actions5. Manage documentation control to ensure all documentation required for fermentation production and development are maintained and up to dateProcess Development1. Work in close collaboration with the RD&A team to transfer new fermentation processes and ongoing efficiency improvements to existing processes2. Identify potential process improvements to deliver yield increase3. Implement identified improvements to deliver on-going cost saving and efficiency improvementsProcess Modification1. Review and update formulations as required to implement process improvement2. Prepare Batch and Process change request documentation to implement3. Develop product and process costings with the plant controller to determine cost benefit of process modifications prior to implementation4. Prepare Change request documentation to implement changesProcess Technology1. Work with the business team to ensure development opportunities are implemented and any transfer of fermentation data in or out of the company is documented and recorded.**Qualifications and skills**:- Food, Biotechnology, QFB Engineering or similar- Minimum 5 years' experience in an ingredient, process, fermentation, enzyme process support role- Fluent English- Organized- Team Player- Technical ability and Understanding- Good communication skills with ability to communicate in a concise and clear manner- Business Travel required.Site: Tlalnepantla, Mexico
