Novares is looking for its Manufacturing - Engineering department his/her future Process Specialist (M/F), located in CHIHUAHUA-2 C2-PL.FinalityAdvise and assist teams and plants in his / her area of expertise.Propose technical solutions after the verification of the feasibility.Define and enforce the standards in the Skills centers / Technical centers and in the plants.
Main MissionsIn his/ her area of expertise : Is the referent for technical teams (skills centers, technical centers and/or Manufacturing engineering, and / or plants) - Train teams, elaborate, and respect the standards- On the premise of ensuring clients' expectations, raise up solutions aiming at reducing costs - Participate in techno-economic analysis of industrial means- Support the processes definition- Participate to on boarding and to training of employees in the new plants- Provide a benchmark on the practices in his/her specialityPurposeEssential job functionsAbilitiesCandidate Profile :Level of Experience: N/A Type of Contract: CDI - Permanent contract Required Travel: N/A
