Process Specialist

Expectation: Clear the daily assigned cases.Ensure that customer metrics are met.Good team player.Adhere to the standard operating process and compliance.Ensure that any issues or escalation are brought to TL notice and addressed immediately.Minimum Experience: 0-2 years of Order management or BPO experience.
Job requirement: Clear written & oral communication/customer service skills with external as well as internal customers.Strong problem-solving skills.Required Knowledge and Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent attention to detail and accuracyProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel is a plus)Effective communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamDesired Knowledge and Skills: Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)Working knowledge of order processing best practicesUnderstanding of supply chain management principlesExperience in customer serviceMain Responsibilities: Process and manage customer orders in a timely and accurate mannerVerify order details and pricing against inventory availabilityCommunicate effectively with customers regarding order status and any issuesInvestigate and resolve order discrepanciesCollaborate with sales, warehouse, and finance departments to ensure order fulfillmentMaintain accurate order records and reportsAnalyze order data to identify trends and opportunities for improvementStay up-to-date on company policies and procedures related to order managementAdditional Information: This position requires hybrid work mode and needs your presence in the office for at least 60% of the workdays every week.
