**Responsibilities**:
- Utilize expertise in wrapping and covering technologies for body interior parts such as IP, console, door trim panels, and pillars.
- Set up tools and equipment required for the process, ensuring optimal functionality.
- Independently initiate, operate, and conclude processes, including troubleshooting current production issues and developing new processes.
- Collaborate with equipment and material vendors to address machine and material-related challenges.
- Monitor production factors like cycles, process capability, and tooling history, reporting issues and making recommendations for refurbishment as necessary.
- Support facility and manufacturing safety, environmental, and ergonomics initiatives.
- Drive continuous improvement efforts in processes and machinery.
- Provide troubleshooting support to resolve daily equipment, process, and supplier problems.
- Offer recommendations for resolving equipment and process issues in new programs.
- Participate in tooling and equipment validation during program and series processes.
- Contribute to team sign-offs and monitor prototype manufacturing processes.
- Foster collaboration with suppliers and teams to enhance operations.
- Analyze, develop, and validate process modifications to improve efficiency and quality.
- Ensure adherence to process standards from project initiation.
**Qualification & Experience**:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering is required
- At least **3-5 years of practical work experience** in covering tools and processes in the automotive sector.
- Must have experience in **body interior parts wrapping and covering technologies.** IP, console, door trim panels, pillars
- Strong and diverse technical background in **tooling**, equipment, materials, manufacturing, and quality.
- Demonstrated superior communication (written and verbal), teamwork, and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated ability to think out of the box and recommend options.
