Job Description Summary The Strategic Excellence Manager is responsible for designing, coordinating, and improving the internal operations within the organization (P2P end to end process). This individual oversees the development of strategic programs across various departments to enhance performance metrics of the organization (from vendor creation to invoicing process).

Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership between GCC MX & In country Org US FRA (board of directors).Act as SPOC for FRA Head and FRA Team.Manage the execution of regional/global strategies for P2P.Highly accountable in In-country projects (Design, implement, and oversee strategic improvement programs across the organization).Provide "End to End" process knowledge and challenge upstream and downstream as needed to face the internal and external challenges.Oversight and highly accountable regarding M&A and divesture providing a 360 view of the P2P process.Focus on Risk Reduction and Compliance.Be the point of contact for project improvements (IT, P&O, R2R, Tax requirements, etc).Provide Support on Month End and Year End activities.Provide complex analysis, Root-cause analysis and provide expert advice within P2P team.Prepare ad-hoc deep dive analysis and high-quality financial information.Point of contact with support teams (Procurement, TPRM, T&E, etc).Monitor performance by gathering relevant data and producing statistical reports.Collaborate and communicate with other colleagues in the execution of company-wide programs targeting efficiency improvement.Main point of contact with Auditors.Qualifications: A degree in Business Administration, Management, or relevant field; MBA desirable.Proven work experience as Operational Excellence Manager or similar role.Excellent knowledge in Procure to Pay and any different financial management processes (e.g., Lean Six Sigma) and strong knowledge in Accounts Payable.10-12 years of financial experience, with in-depth functional expertise. Previous experience in developing and implementing operational efficiency strategies.Strategic Thinking: Ability to make strategic business decisions and develop procedures that affect the company's financial health.Problem-Solving Skills: Capable of identifying and resolving complex financial issues and leading other employees towards a solution.Project Management Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, keeping track of deadlines and delivering results on time.Excellent leadership and communication abilities. Must be able to clearly explain and discuss financial details to non-finance minded colleagues or stakeholders.Detail-Oriented: Handle large amounts of data and must identify significant trends or issues from that data.Customer service oriented and well knowledge regarding the business.English advanced is a must (spoken-written).Skills Desired: Building Effective TeamsCompliance And ControlsContinuous Process ImprovementCritical ThinkingESG Data ManagementFinancial AccountingFinancial And Management ReportingPeople DevelopmentProcess OptimizationRapid Problem Solving
