**Key Responsibilities**:- Data Analysis: Analyze procurement data to identify trends, cost-saving opportunities, and areas for improvement.- System Management: Manage and maintain procurement systems, ensuring data accuracy and system efficiency.- Reporting: Develop and generate reports using Excel and Power BI to provide insights into procurement performance.- Supplier Evaluation: Evaluate supplier performance and assist in supplier selection and contract negotiations.- Process Improvement: Support initiatives to improve procurement processes and enhance operational efficiency.- Collaboration: Work closely with the procurement team and other departments to align procurement activities with business goals.- Market Research: Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and best practices.
**Requirements**:- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.- Experience: Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or a related field.- Technical Skills: Proficiency with procurement systems, Excel, and Power BI.- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.- Communication Skills: Advanced English proficiency, excellent verbal and written communication skills.- Hybrid Position: Ability to work in a hybrid environment, combining remote and on-site work.
