Procurement Analyst

We value past experience but also welcome high-potential candidates with the ability to learn and deliver results (future leaders).Main Responsibilities:Guarantee raw materials, supplies, services, and packaging availability on time.Create and follow up Purchase Orders with suppliers.Follow up on requisitions for all the organization.Ensure the quality specifications for all materials.Manage and control invoices and payments to suppliers.Create monthly reports (Open Orders, Expenses).Record and notify claims and incidents to suppliers.Search and develop new suppliers for packaging materials.Collaborate with internal teams and suppliers to develop better business relationships.Requirements:- BD: Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, International Business, or a related field.- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills.- 1 year of proven working experience in procurement areas.- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Excel.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish.#J-18808-Ljbffr
