The Impact You'll Make in this Role
As a Procurement Analyst (M/F/*) for 3rd Party Manufacturing & Hard Goods, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
- Collect, clean, and organize procurement data from various sources, including ERP systems, supplier databases, and market research reports.- Analyze and interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and insights related to supplier performance, cost savings, and market dynamics.- Support the category team in ad-hoc data analysis requests and special projects- Preparing complex global RFQ packages incl. financial analysis- Collaborate with the Category Team to develop and implement data-driven strategies to optimize the category procurement processes- Generate reports and create data visualizations to communicate key findings and insights to stakeholders.- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in the category procurement.- Lead regular meetings to discuss target attainment, active projects, incl. cost reduction activities.- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution- Proficient experience in master data, procurement, shared services, finance and/or supply chain operations in a global environment
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
- Experience Working in multi-cultural environment- Experience in data analysis, preferably in a procurement or supply chain role- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights- Knowledge of procurement processes, supplier management- Familiarity with ERP systems, such as SAP- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders.- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines- Excellent Communication skills and assertiveness- Project Management Skills- An interest in understanding products & production processes- Can work under pressure and to deadlines- Self-motivated, flexible, can initiate and manage process improvements- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability- Fluent in English (written and verbal)
