Procurement And Inventory Specialist

Tequila company is looking for a talented Procurement and Inventory Specialist**Responsabilities**:- Identify, evaluate, and establish relationships with suppliers for agave, bottles, corks, labels, packaging, and other materials- Negotiate contracts to secure cost-effective deals- Develop and execute procurement strategies aligned with production schedules and budgets- Monitor market trends and pricing- Ensure compliance with CRT (Consejo Regulador del Tequila) regulations and international trade requirements- Analyze and manage procurement budgets, identifying opportunities for cost savings- Monitor stock levels of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods- Conduct regular inventory audits- Oversee the organization and storage of inventory- Coordinate with logistics teams to schedule the delivery of materials and shipments of finished goods- Track incoming and outgoing shipments**Qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field- 4+ years of experience in procurement and inventory management, in the beverage or spirits industry- Familiarity with tequila production processes, CRT regulations, and export/import requirements- Proficiency in inventory management software and ERP systems- Fluent in English and Spanish is mandatory**Condicions**:- Work schedule Monday to Friday 8:30 to 5:30 pm- Work area - Chapultepec Guadalajara- Salary between $35,000 to $40,000**Job Types**: Full-time, PermanentPay: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per month**Education**:- Bachelor's (required)**Experience**:- Tequila or Spirits company: 3 years (required)**Language**:- Fluent English (required)Work Location: In person
