**:**This position reports to**:Sales Support Specialist - Customer Supp**Your role and responsibilities**:In this role, you will have the opportunity to gain vocational experience through a temporary work placement.
Each day, you will acquire knowledge by performing tasks as directed.
You will also showcase your expertise by supporting ABB's operations and enhancing personal education/employment opportunities.
The work model for the role is: hybrid #LI-hybrid This role is contributing to the Electrification in Mexico City.
You will be mainly accountable for: -Analysis and review of purchase orders.
-Sending invoices and monitoring their correct registration.
-Tracking materials to the border.
-Creation of Bnbound Deliveries and Virtual income (dropship).
-Filing claims and monitoring incidents.
-Analysis of transit times and traffic log.
**Qualifications for the role**:- You enjoy working with SAP and Power BI- Possess an enhanced knowledge of Excel and PowerBI- You are passionate about collaboration, critical thinking, attention to detail- Degree in Administration, Business, Industrial o related (active student)- You are at ease communicating in English at intermediate level**More about us**:
