**Play your part in our team success**
This position exists to enable that Packaging & Resins Procurement area has the right data handling, analysis and reporting to ensure compliance to critical Processes, KPI´s and strategies. Is there to analyse data, create reports, solve technical problems with apps, tools and create visualization tools and solutions in a digital and automated environment. The role supports the development and implementation or local and global automated tools. This position is part of the BOM categories of Packaging, Resins and Outsourced Plastic and packaging categories that supplies for America Region (Mexico & USA). This role collaborates with each Buyer responsible for the BOM categories and with Raw material Suppliers for technical and data-systems handling purposes.
**Core Responsibilities**
- Run and manage the ordering process for BOM materials along with responsible buyers utilizing automated global Platforms.
- Create and maintain KPI´s and reporting in PBI Dashboards related to Source & Vendor parameters from SAP system in connection to the ordering Platforms.
- Run reports as part of the regular operation for the Site related to confirming efficacy of processes, technical developments or with analysis purposes.
- Develop automated tools to simplify data flow, processes or reduce steps of team handling for faster decision-making, risk assessment or analysis.
- Act as a link with the Business Analyst Position and with Global Procurement Transformation Area when refers to Digital and Automated solutions to be implemented in the Manufacturing site.
- Provide technical support to Suppliers´ sharepoints or platforms.
**Do you have what it takes?**
- 1+ years of experience in procurement or supply chain areas for manufacturing companies.
- Computer Systems Engineering, Data Management or similar academic background
- Analytical and digital skills, good communication and team player.
- Microsoft Office apps, especially Excel and Power BI, Sharepoint, Access intermediate / advanced knowledge. (Database, programming Certification preferred)
- Problem solving knowledge, has worked with Lean and Six Sigma methodology and other continuous improvement tools.
- Language: Good communication skills in Spanish and English, both verbally and in writing and comfortable in presenting ideas.
