Innovation and Sustainability is an essential part of Procurement transformation journey that needs to be developed and accelerated. Procurement's role in the sustainability agenda is crucial to achieve 2030 pep+ targets. Pep+ Manager will be responsible of leading the PMF pep+ agenda (Agriculture, Climate, Packaging and Positive Choices) within Procurement in order to harmonize ways of working with clear strategies cross-category and become the single point of contact with the LATAM Sustainability Office for projects, reporting and key interventions. Manager will be responsible as well for creating a strategic Innovation framework cross-category (Directs + Indirects) The role seeks to harmonize and boost how innovation is tackled in Procurement in order to lever on suppliers inno capabilities. Design new ways of working with R&D, Marketing and Commercialization will be needed to make Procurement part of the innovation process even before the ideation phase; this to better answer to consumers and brands needs, to complement the business with suppliers market insights and trends and to improve overall speed to market. Early involvement of Procurement can double the value of competitive advantage sources in terms not only of innovation but in quality, sustainability, speed and risk reduction.This FTE will also be responsible for looking for new partners to solve business roadblocks while thinking out of the box, expanding the supply base, making alliances with startups and academia or doing cross-industry benchmarking
