We are looking for a highly skilled Direct Materials Procurement Manager to join our Monterrey team and lead the strategic procurement of materials essential for our battery manufacturing processes.Job Overview: The Direct Materials Procurement Manager will oversee the procurement and contract management of direct materials used in our battery production.
This role involves developing and implementing procurement strategies, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring compliance with procurement policies.Responsibilities:Lead the procurement process for direct materials.Develop and implement procurement strategies.Manage supplier relationships and ensure compliance with procurement policies.Conduct market analysis to identify potential suppliers and materials.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align procurement strategies with business goals.Support annual activities and RFPs for procurement categories.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.Experience in procurement or supply chain management.Strong analytical skills and ability to drive results.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Work Environment: Onsite in Monterrey, Nuevo León.
