Position Description As a Procurement Coordiantor at Novo Nordisk, you will: Develop and implement acquisition strategies to optimize savings and efficiency.
Negotiate supplier contracts to secure the best terms and prices, while managing supplier relationships.
Conduct RFx sourcing analysis and spend data reviews to support business decisions.
Manage the procurement process from supplier selection to proposal execution and price analysis.
Ensure compliance with procurement processes and supplier evaluations, including ERP system adherence.
Provide day-to-day support to stakeholders, managing supplier interfaces, purchase orders, and discrepancies.
Required Qualifications We are looking for a candidate with the following qualificationsNeed to have: Proven experience of at least 4 years in Procurement (Indirect).
Experience in the Pharmaceutical industry is a must.
Strong quantitative, analytical, and communication skills.
Self-starter with a sense of urgency.
Knowledge of sourcing (7 steps and e-auction), showing strong negotiation skills.
Expert in Coupa.
Advanced level of English.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
