.Procurement Cost-Price Jr Manager - EB00070767031***What do you do?The **Procurement Cost-Price Jr Manager **will have the ultimate responsibility to ensure that all 3rd party spend in the business maintains a positive cost/price ratio. The positive cost/price ratio must be maintained above and beyond the required plan savings. This role will report directly into the** Procurement Execution Center**. The role will work closely with category management, BSNA procurement, pricing, operations, and finance. This role will play a critical part to ensure that all potential and realized price increases due to inflation or other cost pressures are effectively communicated proactively and fully mitigated via pricing actions (working with BSNA pricing leader to execute and track). This role will also help to determine the proper "market price" and help to develop robust trapping mechanisms to ensure strategic cost advantages are not leaked to the market.How will you do it?- Gathers inputs from category managers, BSNA procurement leaders, market data, market intelligence, etc. to ensure an accurate "market" price is established for each category and that it is dynamically maintained as market conditions change.- Gathers inputs and publishes 3rd party material and sub-contracting dashboard monthly including local market basket, inflation forecast, actual inflation and net price to the leadership showing overall cost/price position by subregion P&L. Identifies gaps and assigns/tracks actions to close gaps.- Responsible for planning fiscal year 3rd party spend inflation and communicating outlook to pricing leader to ensure annual budget reflects planned inflation. If inflation worsens compared to plan, communicates further increases in a timely manner to give pricing leaders and business appropriate lead time to implement.- Tracks on-going cost mitigation initiatives through WAVE stage gates and maintains accurate record of actual cost increases incurred.- Publishes bi-weekly procurement cost/price dashboard to leadership showing overall cost/price position by category. Identifies gaps and assigns/tracks actions to close gaps.- Understands the complete landscape of BSNA processes which take cost inputs on 3rd party spend and translate into quoting and pricing to customers. These channels need to be mapped (working with regional pricing leader) and systematic control points established to effectively manage 3rd party spend cost/price.- Ensures all price increases followed the defined process. Responsible for oversight of WAVE data to ensure price increases are loaded and following the defined process.**Qualifications**Qualifications:- **6+ years of relevant experience in Finance, Procurement,** Should-Cost, or another relevant field.- Bachelor's Degree.- Capability to interface with senior leadership across regions both internally & externally- In depth understanding of purchasing tools and practices, including cost models
