KION is seeking a qualified candidate for the role of Data Analyst, Global Data Management to join our organization to drive consistent, complete, and accurate data and high-quality procurement decision-making. The Analyst's primary responsibility is to enable improved procurement performance by conducting analysis on procurement data. The candidate will work within the Global Procurement Functions – Governance & Process Excellence group supporting Category Leads as well as other Procurement colleagues to meet the company's business requirements. In this role, the Analyst will assist Procurement colleagues in multiple KION sites across North America and Europe with high-quality procurement master data including supplier information, spend breakdown, and procurement saving initiatives primarily.

Tasks and Qualifications:This is what you will do: Maintain standard and governance across Business Units on data managementReceive and document Business Intelligence and reporting requirements from stakeholdersProvide procurement data and reporting to the Procurement organization to identify synergies between business and operating units and support decision-making processesProvide accurate, reliable, and updated data to obtain category KPIs to support strategy implementationEnsure data availability and readiness to timely support strategic decisions and CTO flight plan implementationProvide good quality and reliable data to analyze KION supplier base to identify opportunitiesKeep key procurement data up to date in procurement toolsIdentify and extract relevant data and run analysisRollout KION Procurement Data Business Intelligence dashboardsDefine targets and actions to measure data in terms of accuracy, completeness, consistency, timeliness, integrity, and uniquenessWhat are we looking for: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Supply Chain, Accounting, Finance, Statistics, or related field3+ years' experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, Finance, or BusinessFamiliarity with purchasing and supply chain management and procurement processesAdvanced analytical skills with expertise in Microsoft Excel (MS Excel) – Pivot table minimum, Power Point, and Business Intelligence (BI) tools like Power BI, Tableau, or QlikExperience with Snowflake or other SQL Database systemExperience in working with SAP Module MM, knowledge of FI module (Preferred)Manipulate large data sets through standard analytics software packages and applicationsCapability with data inquiry/investigationData consolidation & presentation skills.
