Your role will be crucial in ensuring that our supply chain operations run smoothly and efficiently.Key Responsibilities:Maintain tracking reports on all project materials and equipment purchased.Prepare, maintain, track, and provide status updates on purchase orders.Contact suppliers regarding material issues, delivery delays, or quality concerns.Keep material tickets up to date.Receive, examine, and process purchase requisitions.Track open or outstanding orders and follow up with customers or suppliers as needed.Manage suppliers to meet objectives and deadlines.Collaborate with other departments to facilitate the completion of vendor documentation.Expedite and liaise with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods.Prepare necessary documents related to the purchase of supplies, materials, and equipment.Negotiate with suppliers on lead-time, cost, and quality.Analyze and interpret multiple sources of information to determine the best course of action to meet requirements.Work with Accounts Payable/Finance to ensure timely payment of received products.Serve as a liaison between engineering, sales, and finance.Research and source suppliers for new components as needed.Coordinate freight pickup/delivery for occasional orders.Perform other duties as assigned by management.QualificationsQualifications:High level of English: B2+ or above requeredBachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Materials Management Engineering, Logistics Engineering, International Relations, or a related field.Experience or knowledge in procurement, supply chain, and purchasing methods/procedures.Experience in tracking suppliers and materials.Familiarity with automotive manufacturing materials and components.Knowledge of industry logistics regulations.Strong planning and agile management skills.Excellent data analytical skills with the ability to create detailed reports and make informed decisions.Notice this is an Hybrid Role: you will need to attend to Naucalpan de Juárez, Lomas Verdes (Estado de Méxicosome days per week.
