About this Job:
We are lookir a Junior level Procurement Executive to help a well-known international company Executing all Supply Chain Managemenctions most efficiently to meet business requirements, including establishing Overall Contracting Strategies, executing pre-award ( Sourcing ) activities, post-award contract management activities, procurement planning, reporting, liaising with host authority and partners, logistics, supply base, custom clearance, surplus material management, etc whilst consistently upholding good governance.

In this role you will:
Execute all Supply Chain Managemenctions in the most efficient manner to meet business requirements, including establishing Overall Contracting Strategies, executing pre-award ( Sourcing ) activities, post-award contract management activities, procurement planning, reporting, liaising with host authority and partners, logistics, supply base, custom clearance, surplus material management, etc whilst consistently upholding good governance.
Sourcing Materials and Services:
Execute sourcing activitir material and services; identify best overall procurement strategy, recommend bidders list and prepare Tender Plan, issuance of Invitation to Bid Document, drive
the technical and commercial evaluationMarket Intelligence:
Develop a comprehensive market database on service providers in.
Conduct market surveys and engagements with contractors as well as host authorities.
Post Award Activities:
Execute post-award activities Principal Guarantee submissions, Bank Guarantee submissions/validity, Insurance Certificate submissions, monitor contract expiry, ACV utilization, and contract closure.
Ensure all tender related documents aled appropriately and stored in an organized manner
Dispute Resolution:
Drive closure of any dispute between Contractor and Company including the issuance of notice of default and execution of other contractual rights such as liquidating bank guarantee
Compliance and Governance:
Ensure all procurement-related rules and requirements by the government and partners ally complied with.
Ensure all procurement activities are conducted based on good governance and in compliance with applicable procurement procedures.
Performance Management and Reporting:
Prepare performance reports by tracking, monitoring, and consolidating procurement activities on regular basis.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
4 - 5 years working Importante empresa in sourcing and contract management activities in Upstream Oil & Gas in.
Minimum 2 years' working Importante empresa in establishing contracts related to offshore drilling activities.
Have established networking with local and international drilling service providers as well as local authorities.
